North West Hub
The set up of our North West Hub is going from strength to strength with Michelle Farrell at the helm.
We are delighted to announce that our North West Hub is going from strength to strength under the excellent guidance of Michelle Farrell, North West Regional Manager.The North West Regional Hub will accelerate the scaling up of our youth development programmes in the North West, maximising the skills of the local workforce: local people will train local people; local authorities and other partners will share trained facilitators; and we will be more sustainable and efficient. Most importantly, the Hub will enable the charity to make a major impact on changing more young people's lives in the North West.
Since May this year, we have increased from being in 11 nurseries in four LAs to 22 in nine LAs. We now have a Manchester office base and a pool of facilitators in training. At the recent training course on 7 September, a very positive response was reported. The North West Hub is now beyond strategy stage and moving into implementation.
