Diana_200wDiana Whitmore, Chief Executive Officer, is one of the UK's leading trainers of counselling and psychotherapy. She is President of the Psychosynthesis and Education Trust, a member of the trustee board of the Findhorn Foundation and is a UKCP registered psychotherapist and a BACP Accredited Supervisor. She has been responsible for curriculum development of accredited programmes for some 25 years and for the provision of professional training and development for counsellors, psychotherapists and youth workers. Diana is also the author of Psychosynthesis in Education: A Guide to the Joy of Learning and Psychosynthesis Counselling in Action. 

Southwark_200wPaul Hopkins, Director of Operations and Finance, qualified as a chartered accountant in Manchester then worked in the film industry in Sydney. In the last 20 years he has had various international Financial Director roles. Most recently as European CFO at Cegedim Group Europe and VP Finance and HR at Dendrite International.

altElaine Bennett, Director of Fundraising, has over 15 year's experience in the charity sector. Previous roles included Director of Fundraising at the Prostate Cancer Charity and the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign and several years as a fundraising consultant. Elaine also worked in the commercial sector as a PR and Marketing consultant for blue chip companies.

Miranda Taggart, Senior Project Manager, has 25 years experience working with 0 – 18 year olds, including 9 years as a Teens and Toddlers Facilitator and 6 years as a project manager.

Michelle-Farrell_200wMichelle Farrell, North West Regional Manager, has over 22 year's experience in the charity and public sector working with 'at risk' and socially excluded young people. Previous roles have included Deputy Project Leader for the Children's Society's Young Runaways Project, Director for Advice Services for Children, Project Manager for NCH; Manchester Young Carers Project and Strategic Lead for Teenage Pregnancy and Sexual Health at Tameside MBC. Michelle has also worked as a freelance trainer and Business Coach.

altKirsty Humphrey, Research Health Psychologist, previous roles include developing and piloting a programme aimed to facilitate improvements in health behaviours including exercise and healthy eating through behaviour modification techniques. She has also created, promoted, and ran a smoking cessation service for mental health inpatients. Kirsty has previously developed research in smoking cessation, food consumer behaviour, obesity and chronic health conditions.
