Our charity, Children Our Ultimate Investment (UK), was founded in 2001 to address the social exclusion of young people. We now run a range of programmes focused on inspiring young people to achieve the skills, qualifications and self belief they need to succeed in school, work and life. These include our flagship youth development programme, Teens and Toddlers, and our new Level 2 Community and Enterprise Skills Award.

Our overall approach - known as transpersonal education - is to treat young people as full of potential, rather than labelling them as a "problem". We empower them with life skills, work experience and a positive experience of who they are. This raises self esteem, aspiration and educational attainment and promotes positive behaviour. We achieve excellent outcomes in re-engaging young people in education and helping them to avoid teenage pregnancy, drugs and alcohol, and fulfil their potential.
