Ready to join an organisation that is as committed as you are to improving outcomes for children and young people?

This is a very exciting time to join Teens and Toddlers. We are embarking on a huge transformation piece that will enable us to better support more young people, generate media “cut-through”, and create policy and practice changes that mean more children and young people can explore, achieve and exceed their potential.

In order to achieve this, we are thinking and acting differently. We’re developing new culture, ethos and attitudes internally, that better reflect our values and charitable purpose. Our staff are ambassadors of our brand – and the person that joins us will help generate and shape this new culture and ethos.

We’re also rebranding in the new-year and have been working with a high profile marketing agency (pro-bono of course) to create a bang on trend identity and logo, that will enable us to develop new services, products and programmes.

You will be an outstanding business development professional, who can reference repeatedly winning significant statutory funding from a wide range of funders. You will know how to develop high quality, simple and effective BD processes and systems and be able to write commercially astute and high quality bids and tenders.

That’s the easy bit.

You will also be excited by this opportunity and be at the stage in your career where you genuinely want to be at an organisation that thinks and acts differently. You will feel you’ve never fully realised your potential, and welcome the opportunity to learn new skills, challenge yourself to think and act differently and exceed your own expectations.

This is not a role for the faint hearted, so please don’t apply if you are scared of taking risks, or don’t believe you have what it takes to succeed.

If you are genuinely interested in helping us to fulfil our potential, we’d love to hear from you.

Salary £40k – potential for flexible working arrangements for the right candidate
